E-mail notifications are sent to the e-mail address of the SpanVA owner and the e-mail addresses listed in the CloudSOC SpanVA configuration under the "Enable SpanVA Connectivity notifications". Both will need to be adjusted to change the recipient/s.
Change the SpanVA owner
To change the owner of the SpanVA integration follow the steps listed in the below knowledge base article:

Change the e-mail addresses listed in the "SpanVA Connectivity notifications"
- Log in to the CloudSOC Console.
- Navigate to "Settings" in the top section of the screen.

- Go to the CloudSOC SpanVA tab of the settings

- Change the tab to "SpanVA Setup"

- If the "Enable SpanVA Connectivity notifications" checkbox is disabled no further action is necessary and the following steps can be ignored.

- If the checkbox is marked remove the old recipient by using the "X" button next to the e-mail address.

- Enter the new e-mail address into the "Enter email address" entry box. The e-mail address must belong to an existing CloudSOC user. As the e-mail address is entered into the box the Console will suggest the matching user. Click on the matching user.

- Lastly to apply the changes hit the "Update" button, which will be automatically activated after removing and/or adding users.
