Change the System Administrator Owner of a SpanVA

Issue/Introduction

Original SpanVA owner has left the company or changed roles and a new owner needs to be added.

Resolution

  1. Login to the CloudSOC tenant
  2. Go to Settings by clicking on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen


     
  3. Scroll down and click on the CloudSOC SpanVA tab


     
  4. Click on the SpanVA that you want to change the Owner to see the SpanVA details
  5. Click on the change link next to the email address of the current owner 


     
  6. Enter the email address of the new owner (must also be a SysAdmin) and click Update Owner
