Objects show under Unlicensed Group in Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction
You see some objects (hosts/VMs) in Unlicensed Group even though the License Key has capacity
Environment
Aria Operations 8.18
Resolution
Note: Take a offline snapshots of all the nodes before proceeding.
- Delete all license keys in Aria Operations by navigating to Subscriptions > Legacy Licenses, clicking the three dots next to the 'Add' button to delete the license.
- Reboot the Aria Operations cluster in this order.
- Add the license keys one by one in the Legacy Licenses page.
- Create a new License Group, select the license key and assign it to the Host/VMs (depending on the license key).
- The hosts/VMs should move from under the unlicensed group and start consuming the assigned licenses.
