PSOD ESXi purple screen on ESXi 7 host

Issue/Introduction

Purple screen error: Panic requested by another PCPU

Environment

VMware ESXi 7.03

VMware NSX 4.x

Cause

PSOD was caused by deadlock related to the thread involving vmk_PortAdvertiseUnicastAddr()

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware NSX 4.2.1.3, available at Broadcom downloads.
