Issue/Introduction

Click-Time URL Protection has incorrectly classified a URL as spam, phishing, or malware. As a result, the URL is being blocked.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, you may take one of the following actions:

1. Submit the email sample as a False Positive
   • Follow the guidance in these KB article and TechDoc for submitting a false positive:
     • Submitting False Positives in Email Security
     • Submitting spam samples for emails flagged with error code 553 - Message Filtered
       
       
2. Whitelist the URL or Domain
   • Adjust Click-Time URL Protection settings to allow the URL or domain:
     • Managing Click-Time URL Protection Settings
