Browsing the DSM Explorer -> Control Panel -> Engines -> All Engines -> SystemEngine
we could see the "Default Software Content Download" job in ERROR state. The CIC.log reports the below error:
Exception: com.ca.itechnology.iclient.IclHTTPException: 407 Proxy
Authentication Required - 407 Proxy Authentication Required
The same error could be also found if Wireshark log are captured at the same time
CA Client Automation - All Versions
Content Import Client requires Basic Authentication at Proxy Level, no other method is accepted.
You should work with your Network Administrator / Network team and ensure that the Basic Authentication has been enabled at proxy side.
