Unable to import the license on PGP Encryption Management Server

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to import the license file to the new PGP web console results with error either "The License has expired" or "Invalid License".

 

 

Environment

PGP 11.0.0

Cause

"PGP Encryption Suite" license is applicable only for PGP server version 11.0.1. Any server version prior to PGP 11.0.1 will not accept this type of license.

Resolution

Upgrade your PGP server version to 11.0.1.
