VMware ESXi 8.0
VMware NSX
"nsxDatapathCtrs" infra's security domain was restricted and there was no access to /dev/char to specific files in /dev/char.
The warning logs seen in vmkernel.log does not restrict any functionality and the warnings can be safely ignored.
Broadcom engineering is aware about the same and it will be addressed in the next NSX major release.
