Issue/Introduction

Symptoms: 

In a stretch cluster with a witness host, the following errors might occur:

• Skyline Health Report Error: "Cluster and host component utilization".

• Witness Host Error: "Reached the limit of witness components" may appear.
  

Environment

VMware vSAN 8.0 U3

Cause

DOM component leak bug.

Resolution
