Resolution

App Control Server

• Windows Server must be installed using the US English version with the US Date format of mm/dd/yyyy
• SQL Server must be configured to use the collation of SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS

App Control Agent & Notifiers

• The Agent does not have any requirements for a specific language (ex: English) of the Operating System.
  • Important: However, despite not having language requirements, the Agent also is not tested/validated against all language versions available.
  • If the endpoint does not have a relevant Language Pack installed, file metadata may contain unexpected characters.
• The default Notifiers are only available in English.
  • Custom Notifiers can be used to include necessary translations.
