1. ISG CAS sends TCP reset on ICAP port when the base license unavailable.
2. Show license indicates "license expired" error
ISG CAS is running on top of SSP platform
1. Make sure that license is active in the support portal. Check the Symantec Licenses section of the KB.
Note: If license inactive contact Sales/Account representative to renew license.
2. Load the updated the license into the ISG license inventory with one of the following commands to make sure license is updated on SSP platform:
# licensing load id license_id
# licensing inline passphrase passphrase
3. From the ISG CLI, stop and restart the application:
(config)# applications
(config-applications)# stop application_name
(config-applications)# start application_name
