Error "Could not find the location of jvm.dll" when installing a detection server

Issue/Introduction

You receive the error "Could not find the location of jvm.dll" when installing a detection server. Please ensure that the JRE directory path is correct.".

Java was correctly installed before running the detection server installer.

Resolution

The environmental variables were not configured.
