Need new operator profile/ software image to be made available on VCO

Issue/Introduction

In certain scenarios based on requirements, a partner may ask for a specific operator profile to be created and assigned to them

Velocloud Orchestrator

Cause

Typically, the EdgeOps team from the SDWAN team uploads the new software image to the VCO. However, in some cases, the new image may not be available on the VCO. In such instances, customers or partners can contact the support team to have the image uploaded to the VCO.

Resolution

Reach out to the support via below link to upload the image or create a new operator profile on the VCO.

Note: For new Edge software releases that are recently announced, the OPS team will load the images into the VCOs in a phased manner and this process may take a few days after the software release.
