NSX Local Users Tab is not accessible after upgrade to NSX 4.2.0.x

Issue/Introduction

• VMware NSX, recently upgraded to NSX 4.2.0.x
• When accessing tab "Local Users" in NSX UI (System -> Fabric -> User Management), AD user is met with error:
  "Error: User is not authorized to perform this operation on the application. Please contact the system administrator to get access. (Error code: 401)"
• NSX UI will show "policy.localusers.empty":
  
• Same page will load for local user (e.g. admin).

Cause

This is a known issue impacting VMware NSX.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware NSX 4.2.1, available at Broadcom downloads.
