Issue/Introduction

Windows Long-Term Servicing Channel is supported by Symantec Endpoint Encryption and PGP Encryption Desktop (Symantec Encryption Desktop).

This article will discuss the requirements for using these solutions on the Windows Long-term Servicing Channel releases.

 

Resolution

Support for Windows Long-Term servicing channel for Symantec Endpoint Encryption and PGP Encryption Desktop Clients

As long as the general System Requirements for each product support the version of Windows, Broadcom will support that specific version of LTSC.

Example: At the time of this writing, SEE 12.0.1 supports Windows 10 20H2 through 11 Windows 11 23H2.
Therefore, any version of Windows starting at this release, up to Windows 11 23H2 LTSC, will be supported by SEE 12.0.1.

These apply for the PGP Encryption product line as well.
