License UI has empty license entry.

Environment

VMware Aria Operations 8.17.2. Formerly vRealize Operations (vROps)

 

Cause

Customer's Aria vRealized Operation license did not get migrated along when migrating from Cloud to On-Prem. 

Resolution

Follow the steps in Download license keys for Broadcom, CA, Symantec, and VMware products to retrieve the necessary license key.
