Issue/Introduction

• When browsing the vApp template catalog on the tenant portal for an Organization VDC you see the error below
  
  [ ########-####-####-####-########9e9f ] class java.lang.NullPointerException


• You are not able to see the vApp templates in the catalog

 

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

The issue is caused by catalog items with failed status.

Resolution

The resolution will require database manipulation.
