Cause
A corruption in datastore/partition usually reports these events of duplicate names and it can be observed in hostd and vmkernel, vmkwarning logs

Resolution
- The resolution would be to attempt a VOMA fix. Please reach out to Broadcom support for assistance Creating and managing Broadcom support cases.
- If the corruption is on the OSDATA partition, then the solution is to reinstall the ESXi hosts. Please see OSDATA volume has been detected corrupted
