Issue/Introduction

Under the bundle Management where the RED banner says as shown below 

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 4.x

VMware Cloud Foundation 5.x

Cause

• Manual removal of the bundle from SDDC
• Bundle Download Failure 

 bundledownload_by_id table of lcm database of SDDC has the stale entry

Resolution

1. Take a snapshot of SDDC Manager 
2. Use the KB below to clean up the failed support bundle
