When logging into the VIP Gateway console, the yellow bar with the various subtabs is blank or not populated.
VIP Enterprise Gateway.
This is caused by a loss of files and subsequent operating system and application issues. Usually in relation to security software.
Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.
#1)Stop the EGConsole service,
#2)Update the "{*}trustedcertstore.properties{*}"(Path:- EG_HOME\\resources\\trustedcertstore.properties) file with following
JKS_STORE_FILE=
OPENSSL_STORE_FILE=
MASTER_STORE_FILE=
MOZILLA_STORE_FILE=
Example:
#3)Start the EGConsole service.
After restarting the EGConsole service – the file properties should now look similar to the below, depending on where you installed the EGW:
You should now be able to open the EGW and see all the tabs properly.

Optionally, if the above does not work:
Perform a manual upgrade to the next major version of the VIP Enterprise Gateway (example: 9.10 to 9.11). Upgrade information: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/178727/symantec-vip-enterprise-gateway-upgrade.html
In lieu of an upgrade, perform a fresh install of the VIP EG software to rebuild the console interface and replace the missing files.
