Issue/Introduction

  • Post upgrade to vCenter Server 8.0 Update 3, Image section of the vSphere Lifecycle Manage (vLCM) returns the error "View 'Image' from 'Lifecycle Manager' is not available for this object. Note that different views might have the same name."


  • Issue may be reported for the vSAN section under the Monitor tab (Cluster -> Monitor -> vSAN) is not visible

Cause

This issue is caused due to expired Security Token Service (STS) certificate on vCenter Server

Resolution

Proceed to renew the STS certificate on the vCenter Server. Refer to "Signing certificate is not valid" or "No healthy upstream" error in vCenter Server Appliance
