Issue/Introduction

Windows systems may not be able to apply a specific system update (KB5025885) that will update the UEFI system to accommodate a Microsoft update.

Resolution

To be able to apply this update, upgrade to Symantec Endpoint Encryption 12.0.1 at your earliest convenience.

If you are unable to apply this update immediately, Symantec Endpoint Encryption will continue to function unabated whilst securing the end point as designed.
