AIX server robot down with error code 07

Issue/Introduction

6 of our AIX servers of the same os version have issue with the DXIM robot. The robot on the servers is going down with below error:

Jun 27 10:09:58:684 [0001] 0 Controller: inst_execute_status: sending reply rc=7(temporarily out of resources)
Jun 27 10:09:59:892 [0001] 0 Controller: inst_execute_status: sending reply rc=7(temporarily out of resources)
Jun 27 10:10:01:005 [0001] 0 Controller: inst_execute_status: sending reply rc=7(temporarily out of resources)

--We worked on this issue using the KB : https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/244573/controller-communication-error-unable-t.html but the issue not resolved.   

--We tried to re-install the agent on the server with version 23.4.0 but the robot does not come up :  

--We try to restart the nimbus service, but once stopped it does not start and displays status as in-operative.   

-- We then try to install old version 9.40 and then the robot comes up for some time and then the same 07 error code.

Environment

Release: DX UIM 23.4 GA

OS: AIX server.

Component: Robot versions: 9.40 and 23.0

Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform the the below steps:

1. Download the attached robot 23.4.1.2 RPM file

     2. Install it using the RPM package manager.
