Issue/Introduction

Start Assessment Scan button is greyed out on Software Updates tab.

Environment

ITMS 8.7.2

Cause

Old patch licenses were still installed.

Please see the following document for instructions about removing old licenses.:

Resolution

We deleted the old patch licenses.
