Issue/Introduction

PowerVault Monitor reports disk errors despite the disk health status indicating "correcto."

Environment

version: 8.2.8

Cause

The "correcto" status signifies that the disk health is OK. However, Security Analytics (SA) currently interprets the status as an error unless it explicitly states "OK." Consequently, any status other than "OK" is flagged as a failure.

Resolution

This issue will be resolved in the upcoming version of Security Analytics. Meanwhile, please open a support ticket with Broadcom - Symantec Support to implement a temporary workaround to address this issue.
