Issue/Introduction

After the transition of VMWare to Broadcom, weekly TAS Platform Operator reports are now viewed using Incorta. There are no changes to either the telemetry data that is collected or to the process of data collection. This article details accessing and viewing reports in Incorta.

Accessing Incorta

Customers currently receiving TAS Platform Operator PDF reports should have access to the Incorta report using https://incorta-cloud-prm.broadcom.com/incorta/!prm/ within approximately 2 days after completing registration. Please note that Incorta doesn’t support login through distribution list and only individual access is provisioned.

Downloading Telemetry Reports in Incorta

The data can be downloaded for each of the insights by hovering over the three dots on the right side of the insight and clicking on download as XLSX or PDF. Please note that the PDF option only downloads the screenshot of the data and does not download the actual data  .
