automated_deployment_engine in error state: No value found for key package info/version

Issue/Introduction
automated_deployment_engine (ade) fails to start and remains in error state (unable to bind to port) due to custom packages
Some fixes were previously included in UIM 23.4 CU1 for this issue
However, this issue was observed to be still intermittently occurring in some environments during upgrade on Primary hub /manual deployment of ade probe on remote hubs having custom packages.
Errors observed:

- automated_deployment_engine_v2-zip-23.4.1.1.zip (and later) resolves this issue.
The fix that is included in an intermediate CU (CU1.1)
Fixed a crash in the ADE probe that occurred with custom packages having different versions, especially when one version is an integer (e.g., 1, 2, 3) or a blank.

- NOTE: DX UIM 23.4CU2 includes this fix, so simply upgrading to CU2 also fixes this issue.
