DX Netops Portal cannot contact Data Aggregator after upgrade to 23.3.10

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to DX Netops Performance Management 23.3.10 from any version, in an environemnt with a multi node data-repository cluster:

1) Testing the Data Aggregator Data source shows unable to contact.

2) The data aggregator shows the following error in the <DAInstallDir>/apache-karaf/data/log/karaf.log:

DX Netops Performance Management upgrade to 23.3.10
Data Repository has multiple nodes.

Cause

Defect: DE604124

Resolution

Problem solved in the new DA kit 23.3.10 installer (23.3.10.2)
