Issue/Introduction
Post upgrading the vSphere Replication from 8.7 to 8.8, when attempting to launch Site Recovery from the vCenter's page, the following errors are encountered:
com.vmware.vim.vmomi.core.exception.CertificateValidationException: Server certificate assertion not verified and thumbprint not matched
There are no vCenter Server instances with installed vSphere Replication or Site Recovery Manager.

VMware vSphere Replication 8.x
Cause
The certificate for vSphere Replication (VR) plugin is not correct
Resolution
If the above symptoms matches, please contact Broadcom Support to investigate the issue
Additional Information
Before performing the below steps, refer to Article ID: 312754 and validate whether the DNS information is correct.
Also, run Lookup Service Doctor (lsdoctor) tool following Article ID: 320837 to scan and validate that no Certificate or SSL Thumbprint error is there for the affected vCenter.
