All migrations fails with the error "Cap limit exceeded for the migration type 'vSphereReplication'"
Please confirm the validity of the License Key accessing see KB License Key Management for VMware Products
If your License key is not listed or it is inactive, please engage your VMware Account Team or open a new non-technical case with the licensing team for further assistance. See KB How to open / create Non Technical case for Support Portal / License / Contract related issues
NOTE: Please validate other production licenses like NSX as it could also be related to this behavior.
Once you have your license key activated or you got a new valid license key, please make sure that after the key was changed you either restarted the services on the manager or the manager itself restarted on both the connector and cloud sides. See KB HCX - How to restart HCX Manager services (93169).
