Issue/Introduction

Pre-check is failing when trying to add additional hosts.

Symptoms:

You will see the following error in the Pre-check

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 4.x

Cause

Remediation should be followed to validate that there are no issues accessing the /locker.

Resolution

1. SSH to SDDC Manager as 'root'
2. run the healthcheck: /opt/vmware/sddc-support/sos --health-check  or run the VDT tool for VCF Using the VCF Diagnostic Tool for vSphere (VDT)
3. Address the host issues that arise, these are most likely due to hostkey issues - run fix_known_hosts scripts as needed - How to update the SSH host keys on the SDDC Manager
4. Retry the workflow
