Nginx core dump is experience when TLM/Server-keepalive is enabled on L7 virtual server on NSX Edge node.

Issue/Introduction

• NTLM/Server-keepalive is enabled on the L7 virtual server
• The below log entries are observed in /var/log/syslog

Environment

VMware NSX-T Data Center

Cause

This issue occurs when the LB connection reuses the port quickly.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware NSX-T Data Center 3.2, available at Broadcom downloads.

Workaround
Edit the HTTP profile used by the virtual server and disable the NTLM/Server keep-alive flag.
