Issue/Introduction

This document contains information on the different types of alerts that appear in VMC vCenter.

Resolution

Following are the different alerts that appear in vCenter.

1. Certificate status alert.

2. vCenter email alerts are not able to be configured.

3. vCenter reports health errors, "vSphere Health detected new issues in your environment" or Skyline Health indicates "Hosts with mismatched NTP configuration"
For more details: [VMC on AWS] vCenter alerts indicate mismatched NTP configuration and ESXi hosts report no NTP configured

4. VMware Cloud on AWS Configuration Alert: Action Required - High Severity

5. VSAN Support Insight cluster alert

9. vCenter xxxx File System Resource status changed from Yellow to Green event was triggered repeatedly.

10. Permission to perform this operation is denied in vCenter
