Issue/Introduction

To migrate the Workload Appliance to another vCenter

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
  • Workload
• vCenter: All Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Delete the existing Workload Appliance following the steps here.
2. Deploy the Workload Appliance on the new vCenter following the steps here.

Additional Information

• VMs from the original vCenter will remain in the Carbon Black Cloud console.
• Any VMs from the new vCenter will be ingested into Carbon Black Cloud and would then be able to be enabled.
