Issue/Introduction

Email alerts generated by the EDR server sending emails with "Report Title: (Unknown)"

Environment

• Carbon Black EDR Server: Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Edit the cb.conf file:

   vi /etc/cb/cb.conf

2. Edit the 'FeedHitLoadReportTitles' parameter which can be set to 'TRUE' to see the Report Title in the email: 

   FeedHitLoadReportTitles=True

3. Restart Services
