Issue/Introduction

Steps to extract the unbranded (or generic) installer from an Agent Host Package Installer.

Environment

• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Download the relevant Agent Host Package Installer.
2. Extract the executable from the zip file.
3. Use a utility (such as 7-zip) to extract the contents of the executable.
4. In the extracted folders, navigate to \Deliverables\Parity Server\hostpkg\
5. The Unbranded Installer (Ex: ParityHostAgent.msi) are located here.
