Change notification tray settings to hide the sensor user inferface

Issue/Introduction

Hide the sensor user interface notification tray icon locally on Windows endpoints

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows OS: Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Place the sensor in Bypass mode
   • Getting Started With Bypass Mode
2. Navigate to cfg.ini file and open with Notepad (Will require running Notepad.exe as an Administrator)
3. Modify the following line
   • DisplayUI=true TO DisplayUI=false
4. Save changes to the cfg.ini
5. Restart the Carbon Black Cloud Sensor service
6. Run the following RepCLI command from an Administrator CMD Prompt

   • cd c:\program files\confer
     repcli updateconfig

7. Disable Bypass mode 
   • Getting Started With Bypass Mode
8. Reboot the endpoint
