Unable to install Windows 11 using Scripted OS install

Issue/Introduction

Performing a Scripted OS install (SOI) of Windows 11 an error message stating:

This PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to install this version of Windows.

Cause

Using windows 10 ADK to install Windows 11

Resolution

Use Windows 11 ADK for pre-boot configuration that meets TPM 1.2 requirements
