Admin Console - MONS-001 error on all probes after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the UIM Server (from any version to any version), all probe configurations in Admin Console will not open and are giving error MONS-001.

Raw Configure is working fine.

Problem affects all probes, all versions, on all robots.

In the wasp.cfg the following stacktrace is observed:

[wasp-engine] [localhost].[/mps] [jersey-servlet] java.lang.LinkageError: loader constraint violation ... (long stacktrace follows)

 

 

Cause

leftover packages from the prior version conflicting with current versions

Resolution

Follow the steps in KB44085 to delete and redeploy the wasp probe and adminconsole apps from scratch.
