DX OI - Scheduled maintenance windows for UIM inventory doesn't appear in "Monitored inventory"

Issue/Introduction
I have created some maintenance window for some UIM devices, however they are not available from "Monitor Inventory" Attributes UI
Environment
DX OI 22.1, 23.1, 23.2
Cause
The problem is related to defect # DE570364
- In 23.2 and previous releases, we were depending on unique values based on the product previously. ( UIM - cs_id , Spectrum - Model handle ).
- In 23.3 and OI SaaS we are now using external id's of entities as unique value for our maintenance service.
Resolution
- No workaround available.
- Solution: Upgrade to DX OI 23.3 or higher versions
