Issue/Introduction

The documentation states "By default, when you open the All Alarms view, the Date/Time filter displays the start date/time as the date/time of the oldest active alarm, that is, the alarm that is open for the longest period and displays the end date/time as the current date/time."

When I open the alarm view the time filter is set to the past 24 hours, however all alarms are shown as far as I can tell.
If I subsequently change the time filter it does not appear to have any effect.

Environment

DX OI SaaS and onpremise 2x

Resolution

CURRENT DESIGN:
1. We show all open alarms irrespective the time range selected
2. We only constrain the closed alarms inclusion based on global filter

REQUEST FOR ENHANCEMENT # US936625
Have the time range selector disabled or even removed unless ‘Show Closed Alarms’ is selected”
