LDAP users are not populated in Owner list box
Environment
DX OI 23.1, 23.2, 23.3
Cause
The problem is related to defect # DE587215
Resolution
For 23.2 version: HOTFIX# 2 is available, contact Broadcom Support to obtain a copy
