Broadcom Support Portal - Fulfillment Dashboard Access Instructions

Broadcom is pleased to announce the launch of our new Fulfillment Dashboard found at https://support.broadcom.com. The aim of this new dashboard is to provide additional visibility and self-service capabilities surrounding the provisioning progress and enablement of your Broadcom products.

Fulfillment Dashboard Access Instructions
Access to the Fulfillment Dashboard is managed by a new Support Portal role called Fulfillment Dashboard.
NOTE: An Enterprise Profile is required to request this role. Click HERE for instructions on how to create an Enterprise Profile.
To request access to the Fulfillment Dashboard role:
Log into the Broadcom Support Portal.
Select the profile name in the upper right corner and Request Access.
Select the Product Administrator tab.
Select Update Access, enable the radio button next to the desired site ID and click Save.
The Broadcom Customer Care Team and/or any User Administrator(s) managing that particular site ID will be notified of the role request and can action it via their My Tools / Administration portal.

Once the role request has been approved, the Fulfillment Dashboard tab will appear in the users Broadcom Support Portal / My Entitlements page.
