Issue/Introduction
Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) または Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) エージェントがインストールされた端末に、サードパーティのセキュリティ対策ソフトウェアをインストールすると、競合が発生する。
Resolution
サードパーティのセキュリティ対策ソフトウェアが、SEP/SES のフォルダとプロセスを除外するように設定することで、そのフォルダに書き込まれるデータ、もしくはそのフォルダから読み込まれるデータを監視できなくなります。
以下に示すプロセスとフォルダを除外リストに登録することを推奨します。
