Copy from Previous Timesheet Option Inconsistent Setting Between Mobile App and Web App

Issue/Introduction

In Clarity Administration > Project Management > Timesheet Options > Default Time Entry Options
"Copy Time Entries From Previous Timesheet"

is unchecked because we do not allow users to copy tasks or time from the previous week.

In the Clarity Mobile App, users have the option to select "Tasks from Previous Timesheet".

The functionality needs to be mirrored and not bypassed by the mobile app.
