Issue/Introduction

Unable to see my closed cases, only open cases are visible and the filter option is disabled..

Configuration 

Resolution

Under from dropdown  'My Cases' select "Create New View" and use filters.

To filter on closed cases, please use Field Name = Status and Search = Closed
