Strange value for annual cost

Issue/Introduction

When trying to query annual cost for a cost plan, instead of getting a number, a strange identifier as below is obtained. How to solve this?

Resolution

This happens because a BLOB field is being queried. These fields will be sliced into other tables. Querying those tables will be proper values.
