Cleanup For Top Secret and Last Used Date

Issue/Introduction

A TSS LIST of a user ACID that is PSUSPENDed shows a LAST USED date of 1/1/23, but the Cleanup report shows usage on 5/20/23.

Environment

Release : Cleanup 12.0 and above.

Resolution

LAST USED is updated when the user signs on. Cleanup does not update it.

Cleanup updates the last accessed date whenever a RACROUTE is issued against the ACID, which can be:

1. A signon RACROUTE REQUEST=VERIFY.

2. A resource check RACROUTE REQUEST=AUTH or FASTAUTH.

Issue a TSS WHOHAS ACID(xxxxxx) to see if anyone is PERMITted to the acid:

Example:

TSS PERMIT(acid) ACID(A011619) 

or 

TSS WHOHAS NORESCHK

which grants a user access to every ACID.
