Our synthetic monitoring (ASM) detecting WebView is not responding, I confirmed manually that the login page is not loading. Restarted the WebView service to get it back up. This happens often probably 1 to 2 times a week.
Received initial alarm at 10:20am. Give or take 5min or so polling cycle of the ASM monitor, the problem probably began closer to 10:15am.
I see some errors that start well before that time and continue in the logs.
Server resource usage appears well within limits so this does not appear to be a resource constraint issue.
