SpanVa is not shipping data for CloudCOC even though there i no network issues. you have followed official guide Resizing the SpanVA disk allocation & article Article ID: 174409 SpanVA is Disconnected

 

Cause

SSL inspection was configured on proxy

Resolution

Bypass SSL inspection, or add the proxy root cert to the SpanVA.
